Stacey Oberan didn't become one of the Tri-City area's most successful real estate agents by sitting around talking about it. She's out there working hard, working smart, every single day. (She has a long list of satisfied customers to prove it.) When it's time to make your real estate dreams come true, trust the agent with the credentials and proven track record of success.

Todd Newport came to Arizona over 25 years ago from Southern California and Oregon. He has lived and worked in the Prescott area for over 7 years. He has a love for Arizona and a deep appreciation for what it has to offer. His family consists of his wife and 2 boys, and the quality of the Prescott schools was one reason they moved here from the farming Community of Laveen, southwest of Phoenix. The great climate and friendly people also made the move an easy one. His interest in history drew him to the Zane Grey's West Society in which he currently holds the office of President and he is also a member of the Skull Valley Historical Society. His business focus all his working life has been Customer Service and his goal is always getting the customer what they desire if at all possible. He understands the importance of getting to know what people are looking for in property so that he can better fit the home or parcel to the right buyer. Give Todd a call if you are looking for someone who will go the extra distance to either sell your property or find you what you are looking for. He is here for you!
I have lived in Arizona almost all of my life, and grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have worked in the real estate field since the young age of 14. Working at a real estate firm for my very first job, gave me the desire to pursue my career in Real Estate. I wanted to know all the areas of Arizona Real Estate, so I have worked for several Title and Escrow Companies in Arizona. I have worked in both the Title Department as well as the Escrow Department, before obtaining my Arizona State Real Estate License. This knowledge of Title and Escrow gives me the ability to solve problems ahead of time, if need be, to get the deal from an offer on the table to the close of an escrow.
Please contact me at ndavid@cableone.net for all of your Real Estate needs in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and surrounding areas of Yavapai County, Arizona.
Whether buying or selling, I will work with you, and for you, to achieve your desired outcome.
